Data We Collect
When you use our contact or quote request forms, we collect: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), and your message. We also collect standard technical log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for operational purposes.
Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR)
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): necessary for pre-contractual steps.
- Ongoing communication and project delivery — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): performance of contract.
- Invoicing and statutory accounting obligations — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c): legal obligation (accounting records retained for 8 years under Hungarian law).
- Legitimate interest (follow-up, service improvement) — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). You may object at any time.
- Marketing communications — GDPR Art. 6(1)(a): only with your explicit prior consent.
Retention Periods
Enquiries and correspondence: up to 12 months after last contact, unless a contract is concluded. Contractual and invoicing data: as required by law (typically 8 years). Technical log data: short operational period only.
Recipients and Processors
Your data is not sold to third parties. We use the following processors:
- Rackhost Zrt. (server hosting, Hungary)
- WPForms / WordPress (contact form data stored in our database)
- Google services (analytics and/or tag manager, if enabled — only with your consent via cookie banner)
No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. 3. Terms & Conditions

3.1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all expert and consulting services provided by ATEX-FullCare (István Giblák) to business clients and legal entities. Services include, but are not limited to: ATEX area classification, EPD preparation and update, periodic ATEX inspections, technical advisory, and online consultation packages.
3.2 Quotation and Contract Formation
All information on this website (descriptions, pricing, packages) is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. An enquiry or form submission is a request for a quote, not an order.
A written quotation is provided by e-mail, valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed when the Client confirms acceptance of the quotation in writing (by e-mail or signed order form).
3.3 Client Obligations
The Client shall provide all information, documents, and site access necessary for the performance of the services (e.g. process descriptions, P&IDs, safety data sheets, existing EPDs, site permits). The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data provided. ATEX-FullCare is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete client data.
3.4 Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed individually for each project (fixed fee, day rate, or hourly rate). All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due by bank transfer within 8 business days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
3.5 Delivery and Timelines
Indicative timelines are provided in the quotation. Delays caused by the Client (late data, restricted site access) extend delivery dates proportionally and may incur additional costs.
3.6 Intellectual Property
All documents, reports, drawings, and materials produced by ATEX-FullCare remain the intellectual property of ATEX-FullCare until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for their own operations. Resale or redistribution to third parties requires prior written consent.
3.7 Limitation of Liability
ATEX-FullCare’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by proven negligence, up to the value of the fee paid for the specific service. ATEX-FullCare is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. The Client remains responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.8 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all business information and technical data shared in connection with the services. This obligation continues for 3 years after the end of the engagement.
3.9 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
3.10 Changes to These Terms
ATEX-FullCare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date shown above.
